AISTS Canavan Cup 2016 - Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. In these terms and conditions "ACCOC" refers to AISTS Canavan Cup Organising Committee. ACCOC sells all tickets to individuals (the “Ticket Holder") as an agent on behalf of the AISTS Canavan Cup (the “Organisers"), on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event.
2. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, the Ticket Holder must not re-sell or transfer or exchange (or seek to re-sell or transfer or exchange) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle ACCOC to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
3. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except as the sole discretion of ACCOC.
4. ACCOC reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
5. ACCOC may add, withdraw or substitute events, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
6. ACCOC may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
7. ACCOC may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
8. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
9. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger (whether exposed to himself or faced by accompanying individuals 18 years old or under) incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
10. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by ACCOC.
11. These terms and conditions do not create any rights or obligations enforceable by or against anyone other than ACCOC, the Ticket Holder and, as ACCOC contracts as the Organisers' agent, the Organisers who has direct rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
12. The purchase by you of tickets and these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by Swiss law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between the Ticket Holder and ACCOC are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss Courts.
13. All athletes participating in the sport on the field of play must be aged 16 years old or over.
